General information

You would like to return your order or a part of it after a revocation or in the context of our voluntary return guarantee (14 days from receipt of goods)? Please note the following points.

Packaging and condition of the goods

If possible, please pack your product in the original carton or equivalent packaging and mark in the enclosed flyer what the reason for your return is. Single pillowcases are sent from us in shipping bags. Unfortunately, the post office does not accept these shipping bags from individuals, so they should be replaced with a regular large envelope or package before returning the item.

The goods should not show any signs of use or pet hair.

Costs of the return shipment

LIV interior GmbH will cover the cost of return shipping in case of a defective product. To do this, send us photos of the damage in advance by email to onlineshop@liv-interior.com, we will then send you a return label with which you can return the goods free of charge.

If you just don‘t like the product, we will refund it if it is returned within 14 days, but please understand that we cannot cover the return postage for this. In order not to burden the environment unnecessarily, we ask you to consume selectively and consciously.

For the return shipment you can use a shipping service provider of your choice.

Important, please keep the return bill for proof and mail it to us if we do not receive the package.
